When will my order arrive

Is international shipping available
Answer: Currently, our contracted shipping companies only deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on our Shipping Information page. If you need international shipping, you can contact our store team via WhatsApp to provide the product weight and get quotes from international shipping agents not currently registered with us.
What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product
Answer: Please refer to our Return Policy for information on return and exchange conditions. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and the product is eligible for return, the company will cover the shipping cost for the return. However, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer, while the product cost will not be charged according to our return policy.
