At Desire Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review our policy below:
Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate products, customized items, or clearance items, cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- For Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
- For International Returns: All return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
